Preserve the diverse structures of the mountain ranges and valleys with the rich interlocking of forest areas and alpine farming areas as well as the landscape-defining corridor elements and protect them from further settled over-indebtedness (second homes) or from recreational traffic,
preserve and maintain watercourses as well as wetland and rough grassland areas, to maintain the efficiency of the natural balance and to preserve the Nagelfluhkette as a quiet, low-emission recreational area with a harmonious landscape.
